Our retail pricing is necessary so that Anne Brewer can cover the material costs in order to share the information from her teachings. All materials are copyrighted and permission must be granted by Anne Brewer for reproduction.
TERMS: Pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, check, or money order. Orders paid by checks are held until the check clears.
SHIPPING RATES: Our shipping rates apply to the continental US. For international, Hawaii, and Alaska shipping rates, please submit an order and we will calculate shipping and email you for approval before charging your credit card.
SHIPPING INTERVAL: We ship all in-stock items within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
BACKORDERS: Backorders are kept for 45 days unless cancellation is requested.
RETURNS: We extend 100% customer satisfaction. If your purchase fails to satisfy you, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of custom orders. You will receive an immediate merchandise credit upon receipt of the merchandise. For your protection, please send the merchandise back using a shipper with a tracking method (e.g., FedEx, UPS) or proof of delivery (e.g., USPS delivery confirmation).
